Vote for CHEF Board Positions by February 13, 2010!
Ballots Available Here!

Each year the Board considers applications and then recommends a slate of candidates to fill open positions. All new Board members are voted in with your approval via the attached form. The CHEF BOARD has approved the following slate of individuals for your consideration for CHEF Board positions for 2010-2011.

• Web Chair: Dawn Gay (click for bio)

Ballots were emailed to all CHEF members on January 13, 2010. Last day to vote is February 13^th. Proxies will also be available to membership at CHEF ANNUAL MEETING On FEBRUARY 11^th. Election results will be communicated electronically to the membership in the next newsletter .

The ballot is available in the members only section of this website. Please note this will require your CHEF/ACHE member I.D. If you have difficulty accessing your ballot please call CHEF at 630-832-1300.

Please submit one vote per member. Ballots will be validated against the current membership roster as a part of tabulation.
